Returns & Exchanges

14-day returns

You can return products within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. You may handle and try the product as normally needed to examine it; you are liable for loss of value caused by use beyond that.

How to return

• Email info@okecajon.com or message +90 532 226 25 46 on WhatsApp with your order number.
• We send you a return code for our contracted carrier; send the product within 10 days of your notice, free of charge.
• We refund the full amount, including shipping, to the payment method you used (to your card for card payments) within 14 days of receiving your notice.

Exchanges

If you would like a different model or colour, you can return your order and place a new one, or message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the exchange with you.

Non-returnable products

Products personalised with a name, logo or custom design cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, as required by law. If such a product has a manufacturing defect, the rules for defective goods apply.

Damaged or faulty products

If the parcel arrives damaged, please have the courier record a damage report before you accept it. If you notice a manufacturing problem with the product, message us with a photo and we will promptly arrange a repair, replacement or refund, whichever suits you.
