14-day returns

You can return products within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. You may handle and try the product as normally needed to examine it; you are liable for loss of value caused by use beyond that.

How to return

• Email info@okecajon.com or message +90 532 226 25 46 on WhatsApp with your order number.
• We send you a return code for our contracted carrier; send the product within 10 days of your notice, free of charge.
• We refund the full amount, including shipping, to the payment method you used (to your card for card payments) within 14 days of receiving your notice.

Exceptions

Personalised products (with a name, logo or custom design) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
