Payment and delivery

After your order is saved, we send you the payment details by WhatsApp or email. Your order ships only after the payment reaches us; nothing beyond the order total is charged.

Orders are shipped within Türkiye by our contracted carrier, within 30 days at the latest; you receive the tracking number by email.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason and without penalty; if an order is delivered in several parts, the period starts with the last delivery. You may also withdraw before delivery.

Write to info@okecajon.com or message +90 532 226 25 46. Send the product back within 10 days of your notice with the return code we give you for our contracted carrier, free of charge. The full amount, including shipping, is refunded to the payment method you used within 14 days of receiving your notice.

You may handle and try the product as normally needed to examine it; you are liable for loss of value caused by use beyond that. Personalised products (with a name, logo or custom design) are excluded.

Complaints and disputes

Send requests and complaints to info@okecajon.com. For disputes you may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced each year, or to Consumer Courts.
