Preparation

Every instrument is prepared by hand in our Istanbul workshop. The estimated dispatch time is shown on each product page. For personalised products, the time starts once you approve the design.

Shipping

• We currently ship within Türkiye only.
• Any shipping fee is shown clearly at checkout before you pay; free-shipping conditions are shown on the cart page.
• When your order ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number; members can also follow it under My account.

On delivery

Check the outer packaging when you receive the parcel. Do not accept crushed, torn or wet parcels: have the courier record a damage report and let us know, and we will send your product again.

Legal time limit

In all cases, delivery does not exceed 30 days from the date the order is confirmed.
