Preparation
Every instrument is prepared by hand in our Istanbul workshop. The estimated dispatch time is shown on each product page.
Shipping
- We currently ship within Türkiye only.
- Any shipping fee is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
- When your order ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number; members can also follow it under My account.
- Delivery never exceeds 30 days from the order date.
